Our "Dark Roasts" all start out in the roaster with the same green beans (a Colombian blend) -- They are then roasted to their indivdual desired roast colors - the Vienna being the lightest and the Italian the darkest. They are versatile -- drip brew, expresso brew, or add a real spark to a blend.
Vienna Dark Roast
The lightest of the dark roasts, and the roast stops with the first appearance of oil. This is the color of espresso in Italy, although tastes here would require a darker roast color.
