Our "Dark Roasts" all start out in the roaster with the same green beans (a Colombian blend) -- They are then roasted to their indivdual desired roast colors - the Vienna being the lightest and the Italian the darkest. They are versatile -- drip brew, expresso brew, or add a real spark to a blend.

This is our most popular espresso bean -- with oils glistening, it has a pleasingly bitter flavor for brewing an espresso, adding a spark to a blend, or just drip brewed all by itself!
