Saulsalito Max is a blend of 5 different coffees including Sumatra, Ethiopian Sidamo, and Colombian -- and the roast is finished off just before we reach a true French Roast. The reviews have been good, the creme is outstanding, the flavor is bold and syrupy and mildly sweet, and the aroma is intense. We strongly recommend this coffee for expresso brewing --we do not recommend it for drip brewing. We think the blend is wonderful, special, and unique.
