Organic coffees are grown on special farms or estates that have been OAIC certified. The growers do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The farming is far more labor intensive in this environment and because of that the prices of these coffees are somewhat pricey. These organic coffees are wonderful -- organic does not have to taste bad!
Organic DARK Roast
Our "Dark Roasts" all start out in the roaster with the same green beans (a Colombian blend) -- They are then roasted to their indivdual desired roast colors - the Vienna being the lightest and the Italian the darkest. They are versatile -- drip brew, expresso brew, or add a real spark to a blend!
