The majority of the world's coffee is grown in Central and South America. They are known to the trade as Milds - relative to many other coffees, they are mild in character. Known more for their lively taste and good acidity, they are not recognized as being extremeely full bodied. Because of their tantalizing aroma, they are wonderful for blending and are often present, at least in part, in the traditional morning brew.
Brazilian Santos
A "good" brazil that is best served when blended with an aromatic, acaidic bean -- provides a slighty nutty flavor and unique character.
